1. When do you dispatch orders?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed.

2. Do you ship internationally?

 Absolutely! Please bear in mind that I cannot be held responsible for any unexpected import or customs charges though, as this is outside of my control.

3. How long does international shipping take?

This depends on the country and time of the year, but generally international ( non UK ) orders take around 2-4 weeks.

4. My parcel is taking longer than I was expecting, what should I do?

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
