Hey - I'm PhaseMoth ( formerly PhaseChan ), also known as Lydia Hartley, an independent fantasy illustrator based in Gloucester. I specialise in monster and horror art, and my work features high detail, bold black and white inking with a touch of colour to add an extra layer of depth to my illustration.

Birds, animals and nature play a huge influence in my art, as well as folklore and tales of cryptids from days past.

I've worked with numerous clients, including Eyes of a Nihilist for band merch, Late Knight Coffee for their original coffee labels, and most recently, I designed and illustrated the monster cards featured in the upcoming video game The Deadly Path by Sheinman Games.

When I'm not drawing, I spend my spare time playing online games, watching animated films and looking after my pet Bearded Dragon.
