1. When do you dispatch orders?

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! USA customers can also rest assured that I use Royal Mail DDP Labels to dispatch my orders, so the 10% tariff fee for goods imported to the USA from the UK is paid for up front! Please bear in mind that I cannot be held responsible for any additional unexpected import or customs charges though, as this is entirely outside of my control.

3. How long does international shipping take?

This depends on the country and time of the year, but generally international ( non UK ) orders take around 2-4 weeks.

4. My parcel is taking longer than I was expecting, what should I do?

Please double check your order details and tracking number, and if you have any questions, please get in touch!

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
