This is an original Celestial Scorpion Pin Badge designed as part of the Celestial Insects Enamel Pin Badge collection, which was originally successfully crowdfunded on Backerkit in spring 20205. There are 8 designs in total, and you can find the whole collection in my shop!
With this particular pin, it took me a while to initially settle on which creature to include in it, but I've always loved Scorpions and I decided to experiment with the idea of a hidden ogre face within the design. I decided to include multiple stinging tails, and added a large staring eye to the middle of its back in keeping with the celestial theme.
